Unique "how we do it" stories are relatively easy to tell. The real challenge comes in communicating how the end result is uniquely valuable to the customer.
What is 3Par's unique customer-delivered value, in 20 words or less?

There’s a bit of an apples & oranges confusion in your pyramind. A clearer story would show 2 pyramids: one focused on media - RAM, flash, disk drive (2 levels?) - and the other focused on black box solutions.

Oh well - wait a year or two. There still might be an opportunity, if Iceland’s bailout is solid and everyone else suffers some form of insolvency. Iceland has a unique 3rd Party geographic and cultural position.
