Hi!

Although I may not agree with the order of your final ranking, we’re still happy to be included in your list.

Hi,

I thank you for your nod to our Customer Service. We certainly work hard at earning our good reputation!

I’ll be the first to admit that we are not without the occasional flaw, but we do work diligently to address any issues as quickly as possible.

Unfortunately, your experience wasn’t good but doesn’t sound typical.
I’d certainly like an opportunity to speak with you further to see if we can change your opinion of us.

If you would like to test the (mt) service, you should get a (gs) Grid Server. The (dv) Dedicated Server is not setup as a “cloud” but rather a virtualized instance on a single machine. Your tests results will most likely be a bit different. I hope this helps!

Hey folks,

If you haven’t read this already:

http://weblog.mediatemple.net/weblog/category/system-incidents/1026-gs-security-advisory/

It will answer lots of your questions.

If you find ftp access isn’t working, please submit a support request. Passwords were changed (as you know) but ftp access wasn’t disabled.
