My theory. Everyone running around in soceity with powers causing global civil war. That’s what future peter is talking about going back fixing it.

Id you pay close attention there is a green screen in the pics meaning its footage done before any of the visual fx are placed in. The one guy is future peter easy to figure that out… the other is probably the stand they have for present peter. So its possibly future people talking to present people. Or it might be a completely brand new character.
