One suggestion that works well for me is to start your day by doing the #1 thing on your to-do list. Don’t check email. Don’t check Twitter. Just get right to work.
This often builds momentum that lasts all day.

Reply | Original | Permalink | TweetActually, credit cards are just a small part of a bigger problem. Our entire currency is debt based. It's not even money. Dollars are actually debt notes owed to the Federal Reserve. Until we change the monetary system, it's only going to get worse.
