Now, you’ve been around The Pub long enough to know that earworming is a serious offense! And for me to read this before 4:30am…when nobody else in the house is awake, and this laptop has no headphone jack!

You’re lucky you’re in hopsital, Mister, because it makes me rethink any response that’d put you back there again!

Glad that things are looking up for you…I’m sure your own clothes are a help and glad that things are looking up a bit. Hope they spring you out soon!

I’ve always really loved that prayer. In Canada, that prayer is also used as one of the Prayers after Communion in the Book of Alternative Services. It’s one thing I really miss when I go to church here. (Funny enough, the other is the start of the service, where the BAS uses The Grace instead of the “Blessed be God…” response.)

Praying for you and hoping things keep looking up for you.

Give me a break! When you are paying for SMS you're paying for your message to be transmitted to another person; when you're paying for CR's website, you're paying for their content to be transmitted to you AND you're paying for them to create that content.

I hate "analogies" that are not analogous.

I disagree.

I’ve always been in favour of maintaining the Governor General and the Crown in Canada, but if this isn’t an abuse of Prime Ministerial authority that requires the Governor General to stand up to him and deny his request, I’m not sure there’s any reason not to abolish the position.

Re: Devolin. On the CPAC “pre-game show,” it sounded like he was saying that he could speak French, but wasn’t terribly comfortable listening to French. (i.e., he could speak in French, but would be using the English-translation earpiece in the House).

You know, I'd done some wondering myself, but I think you've nailed this one. The media is the real target, and the humor will keep flowing. What may lag (at least in the short-term) is viewer interest, at least until they realize that The Daily Show is still funny.
