What are your tips for steady, continuous improvement? Care to share them?
on Garr's posterous from as recent as 19 weeks agoI wake up in the morning and ask "What am I grateful for?" (and I make sure I add whatever I am STRUGGLLING WITH, because it is from my struggles that I have grown the most. Just ask the butterfly!)
